Suffah Institute  for Higher Studies

Aims

We at Suffah recognise that most people have full time commitments that absorb their time, be it; work, study or family commitments. This is especially true for our sisters in particular as they face many difficulties in society at large that are not ideal for going on the path of knowledge. It is therefore in these circumstances that Suffah aims to serve and assist such Muslims by providing a flexible and accommodating approach to learning. Suffah aims to provide Muslim youth with moral, ethical as well as social values, which will strengthen them to become true Muslims in faith and practice. Suffah also aspires to save Muslim youth in particular from deceptive and deviating philosophies, which are contrary to the true values of Islam, which are most importantly to respect others and their faith and to live as peaceful and civilised members of the community.
